Q What does SpotCost.com do?
A Simply put Spot Cost is a price comparison search engine that allows users to compare prices on Books, DVDs, Electronics, Computers, Software, Video Games, and CDs.

Q Can I buy directly from Spot Cost?
A No. Spotcost.com is only a price comparison service for online and offline stores. We carry no inventory our only job is to help you find the lowest price with the most convenience :)

Q I cannot find the product I am looking for! What should I do?
A Don't worry we can help. Make sure you have read the search tips page there are a lot of good ideas on how to narrow a search, and learn new ways to search. The most common reason users cannot find the item they are looking for is they have not selected the correct item from the drop down menu. If you try again and cannot find the item do not hesitate to email us

Q What stores are included in your results and how do you decide who to list?
A Our goal is provide a large sampling of online and offline locations to buy the item you are looking for. We don't have all the prices in the world listed...yet, but we are working on it. If you happen to find a lower price elsewhere please email us and let us know. If you know of a merchant that is not listed in our results but you think should be (this could even be your local bookstore) please email us

Q What is local search and how does it work?
A SpotCost encourages local companies such as Book stores and Record Stores to provide us with a list of their inventory. When you come to their site and enter your zip code we display if a store near you may be carrying the item. This feature is unique to SpotCost and we hope Local Search makes your shopping life a lot easier.

Q How do I call you about a question I have?
A We prefer that you email us any questions you have and we will get back to you right away.
